So how does it work?

Through the use of sophisticated web based technology our employer clients register for SkillsLink and upload Job Descriptions for positions for which they are willing to sponsor qualified staff from overseas. Once they are received by ASA we match our database of clients with the job descriptions and select suitable candidates for consideration. Employers receive the relevant CV's in their personal Client Areas online. Employers may also browse the profiles of our clients online by occupation categories. 

ASA SkillsLink will assist with the interview and reference checking processes and once a candidate is appointed we will arrange skills assessment, their visa and relocation to Australia to start in their new position.

Global Reach

ASA conducts and participates in various consultation trips, seminars and expos around the world. As well as these events, our website receives over 100,000 hits and unique visitors per month.

In our client database, we can send newsletters and messages to each client in their own personal Client Area.

Once they have visited our website and 'registered', they enter their own Client Area, in which they maintain a communication thread, upload their information such as CV and qualifications, and we send them information such as Job Descriptions available to be filled and their personal migration assessment report.
